Where do I begin?! Me and my husband left to go on vacation for a preplanned 8 days and with us knowing that our truck was throwing out codes recently, we decided to put it in the hands of a well known trucking repair shop since we were going to be gone anyway only to come back with nothing touched.. Their excuse? Well there were bigger companies to service with huge accounts so what did that mean for us? A one truck trucking company? It meant our truck was in the same position it was in when we left! No dashboard.. which meant no AC, no voltage, no def, no nothing unless the truck decided to work again when it chose to! We were on the hunt to try and find another repair shop.. Fast forward two weeks later we found another repair shop and they couldn't do anything either but they also lacked the equipment and people to finish the job. After searching again I found this shop that had good reviews so we decided to call, we spoke with James the owner and I can't praise him enough! Even though he was booked for the near future he communicated with us non stop trying to help us solve the problem without even laying eyes on the truck! All of his time he invested in us when he didn't

I have noting but good word for them. We had the trailer with the bad air bag. Send our driver, they confirmed is airbag. Replace it and he was on his way. Very fair price very good people. In this 25 years we been burnt so many times, misdiagnosis, overcharged etc I wish there is more people

My husband broke down in his big truck on the side of the freeway and needed an alternator. This truck shop was close by and went above and beyond to help him get the right parts and fix a part to get him back on the road after their business hours. We are forever grateful for the exceptional service and would highly recommend them to anyone! We wish there were more people out there that care about customer service like these guys!

While passing through Dayton, I had a tire issue with my new fifth wheel. I called the shop at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon, just as they were about to close. Without hesitation, they told me to come by, and they took care of the repair quickly and efficiently, getting me back on the road. The fact that they were willing to help a passer thru so close to closing time speaks volumes about this company. I highly recommend them!
